At the 2015 Southeast Conference Mid Session Summit, as part of launching our planning process for the Southeast 2020 Economic Plan, we asked 180 attendees representing small businesses, tribes, Native corporations, municipalities, and community organizations to participate in a Southeast Alaska SWOT analyses. Participants from 22 different communities across the region generated 1,200 individual written comments regarding the region's greatest strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats.This document is a summary of the overall regional SWOT analysis.
